Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12h00 (midday) will be processed the following business day.
We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times and Options

We ship across South Africa using trusted courier partners The Courier Guy, Blueline and PostNet.

Standard door-to-door delivery: 1-5 business days nationwide.

Delivery time estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

  • R120 flat rate nationwide for standard door-to-door delivery (1-5 business days).

  • Free standard shipping on orders over R2500 nationwide (door-to-door, 1-5 business days).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Orders are dispatched with tracking details provided by our courier partners. If you need help tracking your order, contact us at info@topspinsa.co.za with your order number.

Multiple Parcels

Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels if items are large or require different handling.

Delivery Address and Corrections

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at checkout. If you need to make a change, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee updates as orders are often dispatched by 15h30 the same day.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise specified, parcels require a signature on delivery. If you would like to grant “Authority to Leave” at your address, please confirm this in your order notes. Topspin will not be liable for parcels marked delivered by the courier under Authority to Leave.

International Shipping

We currently only ship internationally by exception. Please contact us at info@topspinsa.co.za for a custom shipping quote. All duties, customs charges and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages in Transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your parcel or items arrive damaged. We may require photos of the packaging and items to process a claim with the courier. If damage is confirmed, Topspin will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Peak Periods

During high-volume periods such as Black Friday and December holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
